The first combination of No.1 actress of Kannada cinema Ramya and action hero Vijay in ‘Johny Mere Naam’….Preethi Mera Kaa is now progressing in Mysore in a middle class colony set erected by Mohan B Kere.

The set is a huge one made with a cost of Rs.60 lakhs plus. It was at Sandyaraga Kaladegula, the Studio of industrialist Devaraj this set is erected.

What is interesting is that 80 percent of the entire film will be shot at this set by director Preetham Gubbi for Jayanna Films. Jayanna and Bogendra are the producers. V Harikrishna scores the music and S Krishna is heading the camera department.

Rangayana Raghu, Dattanna, Achyuth Kumar, Sadhu Kokila, Sharan are also in the cast. Preetham Gubi has taken up direction after ‘Haage Summane’ and ‘Maleyali Jotheyali’. There are three action scenes for Vijay. Ramya plays a NRI returned who is forced to get married. She decides to make a choice of her own.
